Welcome

Mindfulness is not about being in control. Mindfulness is not about letting things slide. Mindfulness is not about clearing the mind. Mindfulness is about being fully with whatever is already here. 

Shame, self-loathing, hate, anger, sadness. Mindfulness is the loving awareness that can hold it all. Being open to the parts of ourselves which we have tried time and time again to fix, suppress or deny, allows us to be authentically present with others.
